MISSING SHIPMENTS

 

CSM attempts to ship orders within 2-3 days of receipt. Shipping times vary depending on destination and delivery option.

 

U.S. Orders

Regular Option: USPS Media Mail (included in the price)

Unless another option is specified, all continental U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail. Please allow the following lengths of time for delivery:

East Coast - 4-5 days

Midwest - 6-7 days

West Coast - 7-10 days

If your order has not been received within these timeframes, please contact us.

Faster Option: USPS Priority Mail

For an additional charge, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).  If you would like this option, please add the additional charge as specified on the order form.

If your order has not been received within 3 days of the ship date, please contact us.

 

Canadian Orders

Only Option: USPS Priority Mail

Delivery times for such orders vary because of customs processing. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Each Priority Mail shipment receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within twelve days, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting the U.S. Postal Service. Once the Postal Service determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order.

 

Foreign Orders Other Than Canadian Ones

Only Option: USPS Priority Mail

Delivery times for such orders vary because of customs processing. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. Each Priority Mail shipment receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within 20 days, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting the U.S. Postal Service. Once the Postal Service determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order.
