MISSING SHIPMENTS   CSM attempts to ship orders within 1-2 days of receipt. Shipping times very depending on destination and delivery option.   U.S. Orders Other Than Alaska and Hawaii Regular Option: UPS Ground Shipment Unless another option is specified, all continental U.S. orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. Please allow the following lengths of time for delivery: East Coast - 3 days Midwest - 5 days West Coast - 1 week Each UPS package receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within the specified time period, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting UPS. Once UPS determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order. No additional charge is required for this option. Special Options: UPS Air Shipments UPS "2nd Day Air" and "Next Day Air" options are available. As with ground shipments, each UPS package receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within the specified time period, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting UPS. Once UPS determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order. An additional charge as specified on the order form must be included for this option.   U.S. Orders - Alaska and Hawaii Regular Option: First-Class Mail Unless another option is specified, all orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service first-class mail. Please allow one week for delivery. If an order is not received within two weeks, CSM will reship the order. No additional charge is required for this option. Special Options: UPS Air Shipments UPS "2nd Day Air" and "Next Day Air" options are available. Each UPS package receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within the specified time period, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting UPS. Once UPS determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order. An additional charge as specified on the order form must be included for this option.   Canadian Orders Only Option: Express Mail Delivery times for such orders vary because of customs processing. Please allow the three days for delivery. Each express mail order receives a tracking number. If an order is not received within three days, CSM will ascertain its status by contacting the U.S. Postal Service. Once the Postal Service determines that a shipment has been lost, CSM will reship the order. An additional charge as specified on the order form must be included for this option.   Foreign Orders Other Than Canadian Ones Only Option: Air Mail Unless otherwise authorized, all orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service air mail. Delivery times for such orders vary considerably because of customs processing. Please allow four weeks for delivery. If an order is not received within five weeks, CSM will reship the order. An additional charge as specified on the order form must be included for this option.
