RETURN POLICY   Casualty Study Manuals will accept returns of manuals if they are still in their original plastic wrap and if they are received by us no later than two months prior to the date of the exam for which the manual is published. This return date is noted on the cover of the manual. A refund of the purchase price less shipping costs will be given to the original purchaser. If purchase has been made by credit card, a credit will be posted to the customer's credit card account. Other refunds will be sent by check and will require 4-6 weeks for processing. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for manuals that are not in the original plastic wrap.
